Our community Qigong classes are all migrating outdoors to enable "social distancing" (maintaining at least six feet between participants). Now more than ever, we need Qigong to boost our immunity to all sorts of illness, and to renew and replenish our energy. More information at www.savannahqigong.net

So I observed and followed a long white cloud today in South Carolina. (Long White Cloud Qigong is one of our group styles.) The cloud formations in winter can be dramatic!
